CodeSwtch Capital Ventures provides tools for founders and Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs) to systematically measure and improve their accumulated capital across five key areas. Team CodeSwtch (US) will develop CodeSwtch Capital 360™, a modern web app that will deliver a personalized assessment with a roadmap and actionable insights. Team CodeSwitch will prioritize automated scoring algorithms based on existing models, as well as core user authentication and data storage functionality, for our MVP functionality.

The MVP will focus on the Individual Founder assessment with user authentication, a dashboard interface, scored results, and recommendations. Future sprints will add payment processing, ESO management portals, and AI-powered assessment proctoring as time allows and requirements shift. Our overarching goal is to reduce venture failure rates by providing founders with clear visibility into overlooked capital.
